Troubleshooting: Error Accessing the Director(getConfigurationIdByName)

Problem: The eFORMz Director gave the following error:

Error accessing the Director(GetConfigurationIdByName)

Solution: Close the Director Toolkit window and restart the eFORMz service. This error usually is caused when the eFORMz service is restarted while the Director Toolkit window is open.
