Ship/FX Connect: Troubleshooting the Scale

If you are not getting communications with the scale:

  1. Restart the eFORMz_ShipFXConnect service.
  2. Check the logs to make sure that the restart occurred and no exceptions are reported.
  3. Confirm that the ScaleSelect is able to correct.
  4. Close all browsers (not just tabs) and reopen. If another connection is being made, confusion will happen in the ‘websocket’ connections.
  5. Reboot. Someone may be logged into another session on the same box and have the scale connection open there.
