NetSuite error code: WS_REQUEST_BLOCKED

This page from NetSuite on concurrency governance explains that the error WS_REQUEST_BLOCKED is caused by the concurrency limits being exceeded. A short-term fix is to reduce the number of processing queues, by modifying the QueueDirs.xml file. A longer-term solution is to enhance the concurrent processing to make it more robust.
