Ship/FX Connect: Troubleshooting the Scale

If you are not getting communications with the scale:
- Restart the
eFORMz_ShipFXConnect
service. - Check the logs to make sure that the restart occurred and no exceptions are reported.
- Confirm that the ScaleSelect is able to correct.
- Close all browsers (not just tabs) and reopen. If another connection is being made, confusion will happen in the ‘websocket’ connections.
- Reboot. Someone may be logged into another session on the same box and have the scale connection open there.
